Dear Ms Hania, From the moment Sam set her eyes on you, she felt relaxed, cared for and loved. She picks up her shoes every morning, with the biggest grin on her face as she sings “schoooool”. None of this would have been possible without you. Your patience, care and true empathy is reflected in everything you do – from the morning hellos, to the lessons at school and even after hours, in your messages on Seesaw.
